What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced AI Accelerator Manager to lead and manage our AI accelerator program. The AI Accelerator Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and mentoring startups, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and overseeing the program’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit startups for the accelerator program
- Provide mentorship and support to startups throughout the program
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including investors, corporates, and government organizations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including budget management and program scheduling
- Coordinate and lead workshops, events, and networking opportunities for startups and partners
- Monitor the progress of startups in the program and provide feedback and guidance
- Continuously improve the program to ensure it meets the needs of startups and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a startup accelerator or similar program management role
- Strong understanding of the AI and startup landscape
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for innovation and helping startups succeed
