We are looking for an energetic person who has excellent communication skills, good at building relationships and interested in tech, AI. Who is interested in the needs of the audience and is able to build and maintain positive relationships with members, communities and organizations. We need someone who is a quick learner and to be able to manage multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for the developing and managing communities that foster positive relationships between our company and customers. You will also be responsible for moderating online conversations, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and promoting customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Moderating online content
- Growing our Discord community
- Monitoring activity on social media and other online platforms
- Identifying and implementing strategies for growth
- Planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns along senior staff
- Effectively measure the performance of the community
- Making informed decisions about future strategies and goals along key decision makers
Qualifications
- Perfect skills in English language, speaking and writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to manage communications effectively
- Solid understanding of analytics
- Experience in social media, marketing, and community management - 1 year+ (preferred)
- Creativity and an ability to think outside the box
- A positive and proactive attitude
