We are looking for people who enjoy owning the most important problems from beginning to end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge is needed to complete our work. Candidates with partial coverage of tech requirements are most welcome to apply as we will love to grow your skills in our team.

Responsibilities

• Running and leading R&D tasks
• Report directly to our head of technology
• Designing and running experiments to test hypotheses and improve models.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts.
• Resolve requests on a day-to-day basis
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows.

Qualifications

• Have relevant work experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
• Have experience driving large-scale projects in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Be interested in and thoughtful about the impacts of AI technology
• Flexible and self-driven
• Have proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, and/or other programming languages
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
