About the Role
As a Hackathon Event Operations Intern, you will work closely with our event and marketing teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of virtual hackathons. This is a remote position. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and coordinating tasks using project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to execute virtual hackathons.
- Manage participant registrations, schedules, and communications.
- Maintain and organize event documentation, including schedules, checklists, and reports.
- Use Monday.com to track tasks, timelines, and ensure all event deliverables are met.
- Support the marketing team in coordinating event promotions and updates.
- Monitor participant inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure a smooth experience.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to improve future events.
