Your role will not just be about filling positions but fostering a workplace culture where innovation, dedication, and excellence are the cornerstones. We need a strategic partner who can cultivate talent, develop leaders, and implement HR strategies that support our ambitious objectives.


Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Strategy Development: Orchestrate and refine innovative recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top industry talent.
  • Recruitment Oversight: Administer the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to executing seamless onboarding processes.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • HR Policies: Formulate and enforce comprehensive HR policies, ensuring alignment with our corporate vision and facilitating continuous organizational growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Assume the lead role in the daily operations of HR services and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Employee Engagement and Support:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Offer support and resources to employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the company, enhancing employee experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to refine HR organization, in close collaboration with management, enhancing effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to global HR regulations, processes, and policies, fostering a compliant organizational environment.
  • Ethical Standards: Promote fairness, equal rights, and treatment for all employees; administer sanctions for ethical violations, including oppression and sexual harassment.

External Relations and Partnerships:

  • Vendor Relations: Manage and optimize relationships with external service providers and social institutions, enhancing HR service quality.
  • Community Engagement: Participate actively in internal and external events, bolstering the organization’s presence and networks.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Organizational Solutions: Design, implement, and monitor country-specific HR solutions, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Management Communication: Facilitate regular updates and dialogues on HR topics with management, promoting informed decision-making.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • HR Metrics: Analyze and report on key HR metrics, providing insights that guide strategic decision-making and policy refinement.


  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resource management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Extensive knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of global HR regulations, with specific expertise in Polish law and managing complex ER situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, manage conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
