What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a well organized & results-driven Marketing & Partner Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role within the company. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing various critical tasks within the team, playing a part in shaping our company’s growth within the AI industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of partner & marketing campaigns across various channels
- Create and distribute materials, such as brochures, presentations, and infographics, ensuring brand consistency and messaging
- Coordinate with internal teams, to gather information and align team efforts with overall business objectives
- Assist in organizing and managing events
- Track and analyze campaign performance using various tools and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support to the team, including task oversight, preparing reports, and maintaining data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or related role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in various productivity and automation tools
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency
