What Are We Looking For?

New Native KSA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in working with governmental entities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Governmental Entity Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with governmental entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering positive relationships.
  • Designing and running experiments to test hypotheses and improve models.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes, improve productivity, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the accounting department in managing budgets and financial resources effectively, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings without compromising quality or service delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to minimize potential liabilities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and reliable service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, analyzing key metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a governmental setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to governmental operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically excel sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
