Your Role

As a QA Specialist at New Native, you’ll plunge into the exciting challenge of documenting user journeys using TestRail or similar platforms, ensuring a robust set of manual tests are always in place and up-to-date. Your role won’t just end here. Armed with tools like Cypress/Playwright, you’ll write and maintain automated tests, ensuring our AI solutions are not just efficient, but exemplary. A special mission awaits you - testing our AI bots. While we have ventured into the development of these bots, optimizing their performance through effective testing is a journey we are yet to fully embark on. We are relying on your innovation, skills, and expertise to create and implement effective testing strategies for our bots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in quality assurance, showcasing a track record of success in both manual and automated testing environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in documenting user journeys and developing manual tests.
• Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests using tools like Cypress/Playwright.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in quality assurance.
• Innovation and problem-solving skills, especially in testing AI bots.
